Hey, Ive been reading all the stories in this site, and not only has it almost helped me get over my depression, but it made me want to help all the other people who come here. Even though Im sure a lot of doctors and such have way better advice for teen help, I just want to give one bit of advice: "Hold on" no matter what, no matter if you're fat, no matter if youre on drugs, no matter if your life seems so crappy you could kill yourself
hold on! Its the most important thing. In my 14 years I have been so depressed, and so hurt you can not even imagine, but here I am still alive, and it's just to tell you to hold on. Talking to a doctor or family might be hard. Ive always chosen a friend, a friend I trust, one I know who will understand because I know this person might have gone through the same thing. But of course, it is for you, and not me, to choose whether you talk to the president or a homeless dude. But talk with someone you can trust, and remember hold on. You will get out of it. I have.
I hope this helps out.
